What you are buying
The Menopause Appointment Kit is a digital product delivered as downloadable files. There is no physical item, no subscription, no membership and no recurring charge. One payment, one download.
Delivery
Download links appear immediately after payment on the confirmation page, and the links remain valid for 7 days. Stripe emails you a receipt. If your links expire or you lose the files, email us and we will send fresh links at no charge.
Refunds
30 days from purchase. Email us and say the word refund. There is no form and we will not ask you why. Refunds are returned to the card used, and normally arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
This refund policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Licence
Your purchase is for one person. You may print it, annotate it, and keep it as long as you like. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish the files. If you want to use it across a team or an organisation, email us and we will arrange something sensible.

The Menopause Appointment Kit is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend treatment for any condition, and it takes no position on any treatment including hormone therapy. It is a preparation and record keeping tool. Decisions about investigation and treatment are for you and a qualified clinician.
