What you are buying
The Menopause Appointment Kit is a digital product delivered as downloadable files. There is no physical item, no subscription, no membership and no recurring charge. One payment, one download.
Delivery
Download links appear immediately after payment on the confirmation page, and the links remain valid for 7 days. Stripe emails you a receipt. If your links expire or you lose the files, email us and we will send fresh links at no charge.
Refunds
All sales are final. The Menopause Appointment Kit is a digital product and there is no refund for change of mind. The files download immediately on payment, and once they are on your device they cannot be returned.
We state this on the product page itself rather than only here, and we publish the complete contents, sample pages and a section on who the product is not suitable for, so that the decision can be made before payment rather than after it.
This does not apply to a delivery failure. If your download does not work, your links expire before you have used them, you were charged more than once, or you received the wrong files, contact us and we will fix it, including by refunding the payment where that is the right remedy.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any right or guarantee you have under the consumer law of your own country, which in some places cannot be excluded by an agreement like this one.
Licence
Your purchase is for one person. You may print it, annotate it, and keep it as long as you like. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish the files. If you want to use it across a team or an organisation, email us and we will arrange something sensible.
Limits
The Menopause Appointment Kit is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend treatment for any condition, and it takes no position on any treatment including hormone therapy. It is a preparation and record keeping tool. Decisions about investigation and treatment are for you and a qualified clinician.
If you have symptoms that concern you, particularly any sudden or severe symptom, contact a medical professional or emergency service.
